The way this Bible is formatted, I read between two and four chapters of the Old Testament and 10-20 verses of the New Testament. The Old obviously starts with Genesis and the New starts with the Gospel of Mark. Today in Mark, the shock of the masses at Jesus:
“What is this? A new teaching! With authority he commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.”
Mark 1:27
As I read this, I thought, “I want to have the power over unclean spirits. ” The moment I thought it, I uncontrollably sneezed all over my Bible.
Creepy (and somewhat gross).
So passed Day 2.
